Future Exhibitions Durham Amateur Football Trust is currently exhibiting in the Durham area. The level of interest generated has been overwhelming, with packed out exhibitions. Our exhibitions often feature film shows and talk-ins with ex-players and fans. Each exhibition has a theme and usually consists of photographs, press cuttings, clothing, football and boots, medals, trophies, badges and other personal items of memorabilia which have been kindly donated to the Trust.
Wednesday 13th January 2010 Great North Museum, Newcastle Upon Tyne. An exhibition will be presented to accompany the annual CURDS lecture given by Professor Gavin Kitching of the University of New South Wales. Thursday 11th February Willington Cricket Club. A small exhibition will be held to complement an evening hosted by a Newcastle United Supporters group
Thursday 27th May - Monday 7th June Beamish Open Air Museum. An exhibition will be displayed during the summer half-term in the Collections Study Room at Beamish. More details to follow soon
Monday 13th September - Saturday 2nd October Bishop Auckland Town Hall. An exhibition to celebrate the remarkable life and career of Bobby Hardisty
